Pricing questions

What does $10 per employee per month actually include?

Everything on this page: interpretation, wages, super, STP2, job costing, integrations and 24/7 support. There is no premium tier and no support plan to buy.

Do you charge per pay run?

No. Weekly pays cost the same as monthly ones, which matters because construction pays weekly.

Who counts as an active employee?

Anyone paid in that month. Seasonal crews you don't pay in a given month aren't billed for that month.

Why is there an EBA setup fee?

Reading an agreement and building it into a pay engine is real work — typically 20 to 40 hours of it. We charge $2,500 once per agreement and maintain it forever after at no extra cost. Award-only crews pay nothing here.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month to month, and your data leaves with you in full if you go.
