The daily docket carries the crew hours against one job and one day, alongside the record the foreman has checked.

The work behind the hours

The client reviews the day at the site tablet or through a link. Their name and signing time stay with the authorisation.

Export the signed daily docket with hours, site details, photos and the client signature. Send it with the claim and keep it for the file.

Site records with the approved timesheets
The digital docket supports the worked hours. Approved employee timesheets go to Employment Hero with their job, location and work type. The docket PDF and site evidence remain the record for the client, not an extra payroll export.
Crew Time captures and approves the site hours. Employment Hero applies your award and EBA rules and runs payroll. We're an independent add-on, not an official Employment Hero partner.
