How do you stop an underpayment before it's wage theft?
Underpayment is rarely a decision. It's a missing clock off, a break nobody recorded, a fatigue limit crossed on a hot week, or a new agreement that landed while payroll kept running the old rates. Since January 2025 intentional underpayment is a criminal offence, so the fix has to happen before the run, not in a back-pay project.
