Support is not a tier
24/7 human support at no extra charge, because payroll problems arrive at 4am.
Uploading is a defect
A CSV between approval and payment is an unlogged change to pay data. We removed the step.
Show the clause

About us
Who is behind Project Payroll?
A team from construction and payroll operations. We're deliberately quiet about individual names for now and let the product and the pricing page do the talking.
Why construction only?
Because construction payroll is where award and agreement complexity is highest and generalist tools fail most expensively. Narrow focus is what makes the interpretation engine trustworthy.
Do you sell through resellers?
We work with white label and referral partners, both documented publicly on this site rather than negotiated in the dark.
What are you not good at?
Retail rostering, hospitality tips, franchise payroll and anything without a cost code. If your payroll isn't project-based, we're the wrong choice and we'll say so.
