How do approved timesheets reach payroll?
BuildPass and Procore own capture and approval. We own everything after: interpretation, wages, super, STP2 and job costing. No CSV, no re-key, no Sunday night.

Payday super
Super paid every pay run, in the fund inside 7 business days
Since 1 July 2026 super leaves with wages. For builders on weekly pays with retention and progress claim terms, that is a working capital redesign, not a compliance checkbox. Our calculator quantifies the shift for your crew.

Construction payroll questions
What is construction payroll software?
Construction payroll software calculates pay for project-based crews: award and EBA interpretation, site and travel allowances, overtime and RDOs, job costing to cost codes, payday super and STP2 reporting. Project Payroll does all of that from timesheets that arrive already approved from your site software.
Do you build our EBA into the system?
Yes, and it's included in your price. We read the agreement, build the rules into the engine and maintain them as rates, allowances and increments change. Setup includes $2,500 per EBA built; award-only crews pay no EBA fee.
How much does Project Payroll cost?
$10 per active employee per month, published on the pricing page, no lock-in and no hidden tiers. Setup is $60 per employee. There are no demos or sales calls — the calculator gives you the number.
Is super paid every pay run?
Yes. Super is calculated and paid with wages every pay run and lands in the fund inside 7 business days, which is what payday super has required since 1 July 2026.
Do we still upload timesheets?
No. Timesheets sync from BuildPass, Procore and other site software already approved, with jobs and cost codes attached. There is no CSV step.
