The arithmetic worth doing plainly: a construction customer on Enterprise who needs award rules, rostering and the Procore integration pays $9 plus $3 plus $2 plus $1, which is $15 per user per month. At that point you still need a payroll product, a bookkeeper to run it, and a reconciliation between the two. Project Payroll is $15 per employee per month with the payroll engine, the agreement build and CrewTime included. Competitor figures are TimeSite Pro's published list price as at August 2026, AUD excluding GST, and may have changed.

Your agreement, built and verified
An award rules add-on you configure yourself leaves the interpretation risk with you. We read your agreement clause by clause, build it in the engine, and test it against synthetic pay runs before go live.
One vendor, one bill
A timesheet subscription plus add-ons plus a payroll product is two vendors and two renewal dates. When a pay line is wrong on a Monday morning, you should only have one number to call.
Synced, not uploaded
There is no export into payroll because there is nothing to export. A clock on becomes a pay line with a cost code, and the pay run reads the same data your foreman approved that morning.
Australian construction obligations
Cbus and Incolink, redundancy fund contributions, RDO calendars, LAFHA and payday super are core, not custom fields added to a time billing product.

TimeSite Pro comparison questions
Is TimeSite Pro a bad choice?
No. It is a capable Australian product and it is strong where billable time, invoicing and work in progress reporting are the hard problem. That is professional services. Construction pay rules and payroll are a different problem, and that is where we sit.
What does TimeSite Pro cost for a construction business?
On their published list pricing, Enterprise is $9 per timesheet user per month, and a construction customer typically adds Award Rules at $3, Rostering at $2 and the Procore integration at $1, which is $15 per user per month. Administrators and client users are free. These are their published list prices as at August 2026, excluding GST, and may have changed.
Does TimeSite Pro run payroll?
No. It exports timesheet data into payroll solutions such as MYOB, Xero, KeyPay, HR3 and Reckon. Project Payroll includes the payroll engine, so there is no export and no reconciliation between two systems.
Can we keep TimeSite Pro for client billing and use Project Payroll for pay?
Yes, some businesses do run a billing product alongside us. It works, but you carry a hand off between systems. CrewTime removes that hand off because capture and the pay run share the same data.
What does Project Payroll cost?
